This week at our preschool science center, the first tray features a cup half-filled with water and half with oil, plus two cups of liquid watercolor (diluted with water) and eyedroppers. It’s fascinating to watch the colored water drop through the oil, form a little bubble, then sink and mix with the water below. We also placed some sensory bottles in the middle.
