In the pantheon of TV superheroes, none are as iconic as “Batman, The Caped Crusader” and “Robin, The Boy Wonder” played so memorably by Adam West and Burt Ward, respectively. Many of the elements of this hero ensemble (see full details on lot page #89158) are marked “A” (for Adam West), and the utility is lightly marked in graphite on the reverse, “Adam West”, both indicating the uniform was expressly used by series lead actor Adam West, then later in the motion picture Batman, The Movie (1966)
